What do you need help with?

EmailsAndSurveys provides an Event and Reminder service as part of our free CRM.  Events is something you want to mark on your calendar as something to do for a contact, client or customer.  A reminder is an Email or SMS that is sent to your contact, client or customer that can be scheduled and configured to be repeatable to help drive engagement.

To add an event simply double click on any day in the marketing Calendar

And give it a date, time subject and if you would like to send an Email or SMS to someone

To send a Reminder, click the reminder radio button and you will be driven through a wizard to pick an Email/SMS template, date and time, if it is repeatable and a schedule.
