1. We recommend you download a sample data CSV file to understand the file format. But we support a CSV in any order as long as there is a column header.
2. EmailsAndSurveys supports up to 10 User Defined Fields (UDF). Each CSV MUST have the following column headers at a minimum: First Name, Last Name, Email Address, and Cell phone. The only required fields are Email Address OR Cell Number. Your import file's 1st line must be a header line that contains the name of the field. The fields can be in any order. EmailsAndSurveys supports a maximum of 256MB file upload. If you have a bigger than 256 MB file, please contact us so we can discuss how you want to use our Services.
3. Once your file has been uploaded to our server a green check mark will appear with the message “File Upload Completed”.
4. Once you have mapped your data, EmailsAndSurveys gives you the opportunity to clean your email list with industry-le4ading vendor Zerobounce. It is optional, but if your campaigns have more than a 6% bounce rate, it will be required. Charges apply.
5. Most customers have either email addresses or phone numbers. EmailsAndSurveys helps you build your customer list by sending a SMS and a Email to your contacts to collect missing data in your CRM. This feature may also be used to enforce Opt-In requirements. EmailsAndSurveys highly recommends that you personalize the email and SMS template to explain to them why they should give you more information.
6. Click the “Process File” button and follow the wizard instructions to complete the process.
7. Uploading large files can be time consuming and introduce a lot of loads on the site because we are encrypting and tokenizing your data. You can break up your files into multiple uploads and load them into the same group.
