EmailsAndSurveys supports free social media posting for our customers which makes it easy for you to publish your message to your social media platforms in addition to an Email or SMS channel. EmailsAndSurveys also provides analytics on what was liked, commented on and forwarded so you can learn with message is resonating with your audience.
Step 1
To post to your Social Media site navigate to Build a Campaign > Social Media Post

From Social Media posting you can create or delete a post. Under Action, you can view Analytics or reporting on your post.
Step 3
Give you post a name and can select which social media channel you like to connect to, Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn. Other channels will be added shortly.
Step 4
For some social media accounts such as Facebook and LinkedIn. you may be logging in with a personal account you will need to grant explicit access to the page you would like to post.
Step 5
Different Social media platforms have different capabilities. Twitter has a smaller text that is allowed. Once you put in your default text, you can click the Twitter, Facebook or LinkedIn icon and customize for that platform. You can upload an image and send your post now or schedule it in the future. You can set emojis and they will display if the Social Media supports it
The example below is for Twitter.
This post will go to Facebook.
Step 6
If you click on the pie chart, it will take you to Social Media Analytics where by platform you will see what was liked, commented on and forwarded.
Step 7
If you would like to disconnect EmailsAndSurveys from your Social Media platform, go to My Profile and go to the Social Media Posting Tab
