To publish your Survey Template Navigate to My Campaigns > Surveys

 

 

Step 1

To Publish your Survey click the +

 

 

Step 2

Give your Survey a name.  They must be unique

 

 

Step 3

Select Your Survey Template

 

 

Step 4

You can restrict by country if you do not want that country to fill it out. and then click Publish!

 

 

And that's it!  Here are you publishing options.  You can host here at EmailsAndSurveys, put on your Website or send via email or SMS!
